I have to start out by saying that Rick is just an amazing person all around. When he initially came to the house, he was upfront and honest with us on what we needed to do to get our house sold, so we could buy a new one after moving. I loved the fact that he told us to take down personal items, so the potential buyers could see themselves in our home. He checked up on us, which I enjoyed, because it got my husband on board with getting things done. Rick communicated beautifully with everyone evolved, and anytime I needed to talk to him, he listened and walked me through what needed to be done, without talking down to me. Rick was THE person that we leaned on, when the initial buyer backed out of the contract after she was given a breach of contract. He was doing multiple people's jobs, and reaching out to try and get us moved so my husband could make his report date. Rick was the only person that showed that he cared. He never recommended that we needed to live in different areas of Georgia until the sale of the house, which speaks volumes. Throughout this entire process, which lasted from SEP 21 to MAR 22, Rick has been absolutely amazing. At one point in time, I was too stressed out with everything, and I told my husband that the only person I wanted to talk to was Rick, because I knew that he cared about our entire family, and that he wanted us to get a great deal on our house. Rick knows how to tackle problems so efficiently, that it honestly amazes me.I have already been singing Rick's praises, and I have recommended him to family members that are moving to Georgia. If we EVER have to move again, Rick is going to be the ONLY realtor that we call.
